Please help me find the title of this book.?
the book talks of a family of 4: the male narrator, his sister, and their parents during modern times.
the phrase “white water rafting in Costa Rica” is mentioned as an impossible dream, (although im not sure if thats the exact quote)
the problem of the story is the father being unemployed.
at one point of the book, the narrator talks about sex with his father.
the father has a stack of books in his garage.
the narrator has a stack of comic books in his room.
at one point in the story, the father lies to his family about finding a job. when he is considering leaving his family.
i know these are just random facts, but please try to help me find the name of this book!
the sister is said to have 2 flaws, one major and one minor:
minor: some times forget to flush the toilet
major: always look for the best in people, except in herself
It was a novel

Haha I did this on my trip to Costa Rica. It was so much fun! I fell out once, but it was amazing. Our guide was crazy, “If we hit this rock right well do a 360″ Haha…Would do again any day
