wrong, the government says that it is possible that the town of CINCHONA should be completelly evacuated, however it is still too early to decide and there was a very important meaning of comunication in between the ciities of Heredia and Alajuela and the Sarapiquà area, tha is the road, even that right now is destroyed at cinchona they will repair it.
