KFX 400

What is the best way to upgrade the performance of my dvx 400?

I have an Arctic Cat DVX 400 and it is pretty fast. I was wondering what the best way to upgrade the performance is. Will it screw up the machine if i take out the baffles in the exhaust? I want an inexpensive way to really boost up the performance so i can stop getting shit from my friend who owns a honda 450. It is really getting old. I already have a k and n air filter. The dvx is the same as the Ltz The Z and The KFX that all have performance parts created by SUZUKI

i would recommend installing a jet kit,and an after market exhaust for starters.
you will gain anywhere from 10% to 20% horse power.
